Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For returns due to a change of mind, an incorrect size selection or other reasons unrelated to a product fault, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, England Is Champion will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by applicable UK consumer law.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Our 30-day voluntary returns policy applies to eligible non-personalised items, including sale and discounted items, provided they meet our return conditions.
Items made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised, such as football shirts customised with a name or number, are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns.
Gift cards are excluded from our voluntary change-of-mind returns policy, subject to applicable consumer law.
These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under applicable UK consumer law.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
UK and EU Statutory Cancellation Rights
In addition to our 30-day voluntary returns policy, customers have statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
United Kingdom
For most non-personalised products purchased online, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
After notifying us of their decision to cancel, customers have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
Refunds under the statutory cancellation right will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or, if earlier, receive acceptable evidence that the goods have been sent back.
European Union
Customers in the European Union may also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases, subject to applicable local laws and exceptions.
Exceptions and Statutory Rights
Certain exceptions may apply, including goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Customers may inspect or try on eligible items as they would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary to assess the goods may result in a lawful deduction for diminished value.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will review it and notify you about your refund.
For returns made under your statutory right to cancel, we will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or, if earlier, receiving acceptable evidence that the goods have been sent back.
For eligible returns under our additional 30-day voluntary returns policy, we aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Refunds will normally be issued to your original payment method. Where required by law, refunds will include the applicable standard outbound delivery charges. Any lawful deductions will be explained to you.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
